Robotic Painting

ECP employs two Fanuc P-145 finishing robots equipped with multicolor P-Mix systems to apply prime and finishing coats for many of the parts produced on our 5 booth paint line. Robotic painting was added to the facility to reduce operator fatigue, improve ergonomics and ensure consistent mil-coverage for critical application parts. ECP is also equipped with the ability to do low-volume speciality paint applications on two additional stand-alone booths with controlled environmental conditions including humidity, temperature and air-flow.
