Easley Custom Plastics' Quality Assurance Technical group is constantly monitoring manufacturing processes and products from the initial phase of material receipt to the components Easley Custom Plastics manufactures and decorates. Stringent quality standards mean that products manufactured by Easley Custom Plastics are able to transition quickly from dock-to-stock and dock-to-line.
With a full range of testing equipment and the capability to create full PPAP packages for our customers that adhere to the ANSI standards used in the automotive industry, our fully equipped in house lab includes:

By utilizing these various metrology instruments, the Quality Technical Staff works to ensure that components meet precise dimensions, flawless appearance and performance requirements.
Initially ISO certified in 1998, ECP upgraded to ISO 9001: 2000 in July 2003. We utilize multiple RAB certified Lead Auditors on staff to retain our certification. In addition, ECP is certified through the UL Safety Division for registered product.
